The Building Industry Association (BIA) San Diego Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) is designed for the free exchange of new ideas and current trends among industry professionals outside the boundaries of the competitive market place.  The SMC provides members with a network of new home sales and marketing professionals linked through the Building Industry Association and the National Association of Home Builders, an advantage not found anywhere else.  The SMC membership includes representatives from virtually every aspect of new home sales and marketing companies. The SMC is committed to providing members an educational forum in addition to providing recognition in the marketplace.  SMC membership provides increased business development in addition to outstanding network and educational opportunities.
